**REGISTRATION INFORMATION 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR**
Collinwood Middle School 2024-2025 online registration is now open. Click on the link below. There will be additional forms sent home with the student on the first day of school that will need to be completed and returned to the homeroom teacher if you choose online. However, you are welcome to stop by and pick up those forms at the regular in-person registration and send them back with your child on the first day of school.
** In-person registration is set for Tuesday, August 6, from 9-12. If you are new to the Collinwood School System you will need to come to the in-person registration.
** Upcoming 7th grade students must bring proof of updated required immunizations. All students must have a TN shot record showing that all vaccinations are up to date. This is mandatory. You can check with your child's physician or TN Health Department.
** If your child has medical needs please be sure to contact the school nurse.
** If you are a new student to the Collinwood School System and need to register after August 6, please contact our school counselor, Mary Lauren Garner, at 931-724-9510.
