**Supply lists will be posted when they are completed**
**CMS online registration link is now live. You can use the link below. We encourage online registration for all 5th - 8th graders. You are still welcome to drop by in person registration to pick up any additional needed forms. In person registration will be August 6th from 9 - 12.
** If you are a new student to the Collinwood School System (Never attended any of the Collinwood Schools or left the system.) you will need to register in person and please contact our school counselor, Mary Lauren Garner, at 931-724-9510.
**The following documents are required unless the enrolling student is in state custody or is experiencing homelessness: 7th grade students will need proof of updated required immunizations. All students need a TN shot record showing that all vaccinations are up to date. You can check with your child's physician or TN Health Department.
** If your child has medical needs please be sure to contact the school nurse.

Following continued assessment with bus drivers and local officials, Wayne County Schools will reopen tomorrow (Wednesday, February 4). All schools will operate on a normal schedule and begin on time.
Buses will run at driver discretion, and no driver will travel roads they determine to be unsafe.
We encourage parents to use their discretion, and absences due to road conditions will be excused.

We are continuing to assess road conditions, power availability, and information from local officials. We apologize for the delay as we work to make the most informed decision possible. A school decision will be made by 2:00 p.m. today.
Due to continued hazardous conditions from the recent ice storm, Wayne County Schools will be CLOSED on Tuesday, February 3.
A decision about Wednesday will be made public by 1:00 p.m. tomorrow.
Fall picture orders are due Wednesday, November 5th. Retake day is Tuesday, November 4th. Basketball and cheer pictures will be taken that day too. Sport order forms were given to coaches. Have your child ask them if they did not receive one. Sports are prepay and payment is due on picture day.
